Swaged Poles are manufactured from E.R.W./Welded Tubes of suitable lengths swaged & joined together. No circumferential joints is permitted in the individual tube lengths of poles. The longitudinal welds shall be staggered at each swaged joint. Latest equipment does swaging. A circumferential weld shall be deposited at the upper end of the joint at a slope of approximately 45°. Poles manufactured by us are conforming to I.S.I. standards and proper Earthing facilities. Special sizes and design pole can be manufactured in accordance to the customer requirements.

We have arrangement for strict quality control right from the receipt of raw material to the final stage. The outside diameter, thickness, length of sections and length of the pole are controlled to fulfil within the desired requirement.
